Celebrating Dad

“Dad, can you put my shoes on? No, I don't think they'll fit me”
“Dad, did you get a haircut? No, I got them all cut”

Ok, so maybe we don’t want to celebrate Dad for his poor jokes, but more for his love, support and general greatness. However, Father’s Day isn’t just for Dads – Grandfathers, Uncles, Brothers, Godfathers – anyone who has been a father figure in your life should be celebrated on the 17th June.

Whatever you plan to do with Dad this Sunday, whether it be play golf, go for a family meal or have a picnic in the park, let him know that he is appreciated – it’s the one day of the year (aside from his birthday) where you can really make a fuss of him.

Check out our gift guide on last week’s blog for inspiration on how to spoil Dad this year.
