We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure all our customers that our Hamper HQ remains open as usual during these trying times and the safety of our all our staff and customers is our most important priority. We are working hard to ensure we do what we can to continue to provide the same level of fantastic customer service and quality of products to all our customers. We will continue to make sure the hampers that you love are delivered safely, direct to the door of the ones you love.
Whilst our Hamper HQ is open for business as usual, there has been slight alteration to our delivery times and we are currently offering a Standard Delivery option only (3-5 working days). Our couriers have extensive policies in place to ensure that deliveries can be made safely and where requested, without contact.
Please be assured we still continue to offer our other services as normal:

- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
Order before 12pm Monday - Friday on all purchases to UK mainland addresses.

Unfortunately we only deliver our gifts within the UK. Please also note that we are unable to deliver to the following:
- Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey)
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
We offer a next working day delivery service on all orders before 11am Monday-Friday, with the exception of our seasonal gifting, for our terms and conditions please see above. This may vary if your chosen delivery address is going to Scottish highlands or UK islands (isle of Wight, isle of Man, isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands).
Deliveries are made between 7:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries.
All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:-
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
- Attempt redelivery the next working day.
If you have multiple delivery addresses please add a note to your order and one of our friendly staff will be in touch.
